What We Offer
Psychotherapy . Assessment . Supervision . Consultation . Presentations
We utilize insurance for fees associated with services when possible. We currently accept: Optum, Medica, United Healthcare (UBH/UHC), Blue Cross Blue Shield MN/ND, UCare, Medical Assistance/PMAP, Medicare, Medicare, Preferred One, PrimeWest, HealthPartners and Sanford Plan.
Payments are collected at the time of each service and can be made by cash, credit or debit card through a privacy compliant payment system.
If you would like to see if you are eligible for out-of-network benefits, call your insurance provider and ask. A superbill can be provided if needed.
If you are full-rate private pay only (no insurance), you are eligible for a 10% discount.

Professional Supervision
Licensed Psychologist (LP) Supervision | $125/individual hour $80/group hour
Consultation & Presentations
Professional Consultation | $185/hour
Educational/Community Presentations | $185/presentation hour; $100/preparation hour
Reduced Fees
A reduced fee option may be available to you. You may qualify based on income following the federal poverty line standards. I only have a limited number of slots available for reduced fee clients at any given time. Please ask if you think you may qualify.
